Job Summary:
Rudra D Solution is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate B2B sales opportunities for our range of commercial and institutional products. The primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and develop leads from hotels, commercial complexes, showrooms, government departments, builder floors, residential apartments, and other business establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads from target sectors including hotels, commercial spaces, showrooms, government offices, builders, apartments, and corporate establishments.
- Meet decision-makers, project consultants, architects, facility managers, procurement teams, and contractors to introduce company products.
- Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and project follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.
- Knowledge of commercial projects, construction industry, hospitality sector, or government procurement will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
