Role Description: As a UI/UX Design Intern at Hoop Workspace, you will support the design of intuitive interfaces and workflows for an AI-native productivity suite. In this remote internship role, you will assist with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to refine and validate design concepts. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and technical requirements into clear, accessible design solutions. Your day-to-day work will include preparing design assets, documenting interaction patterns, and iterating on feedback to create cohesive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in user interface and user experience design, including wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research, such as interviews, surveys, or usability tests, to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles, with attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design work and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in AI-powered products and modern productivity tools; familiarity with product development processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet internship milestones.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
