About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
