Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced civil professional to manage and coordinate multiple road and storm water drain projects from the head office. The role involves monitoring project progress, coordinating with site Project Managers, reviewing reports, and ensuring smooth execution across all project locations.
This is primarily an office-based coordination role, requiring strong project monitoring and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers across multiple project sites
- Monitor daily progress of road and storm water drain works
- Review project schedules, reports, manpower, machinery, and material status
- Track project delays and coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure smooth communication between management and site teams
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and progress updates
- Support management in planning, execution, and project follow-ups
- Conduct periodic site visits when required
- Ensure project activities comply with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in road works and storm water drain projects
- Prior experience handling multiple project sites is preferred
- Good leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of construction execution and project monitoring
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting tools
