Job Summary
Royal IT Service is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, acquiring clients, handling international and domestic sales, preparing proposals, and closing IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software development.
- Identify and acquire domestic and international clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, cold emailing, and other B2B platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct online meetings and client presentations.
- Explore new business opportunities and market trends.
