Job Title: Career Counselor (Education & Creative Arts)About the Role
Are you passionate about helping students turn their creative sparks into successful careers? ZICA & ZIMA Madhapur is looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and persuasive Career Counselor to join our team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between a student’s passion for Animation, VFX, Filmmaking, or Photography and their professional future. You aren't just selling a course; you are guiding the next generation of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide walk-in and telephonic inquiries about our various programs in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Filmmaking, and Journalism.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively manage leads and follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure high enrollment rates.
- Career Mapping: Understand student goals and suggest the right curriculum (ZICA for Arts/Design or ZIMA for Media/Films).
- Market Outreach: Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and campus events to build brand awareness in the Madhapur/Hyderabad area.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and student enrollments.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate (MBA or a background in Counseling/Psychology is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years in education counseling, admissions, or front-office sales. Experience in the creative arts/media industry is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi is a bonus). You must be able to explain complex creative paths clearly.
- Vibe: Someone who is energetic, patient, and has a "closer" mindset while remaining student-centric.
