We’re looking for a Creative 3D Designer with 4–5 years of experience in the event industry to join our team and bring larger-than-life concepts to reality.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for conceptualising and designing stunning event environments for:
* Luxury Weddings
* Social Celebrations
* Corporate Events
* Government Events
* Exhibitions & Experiential Setups
* Stage & Venue Concepts
Your designs should not just look beautiful — they should tell stories, create experiences, and align with brand aesthetics.
Experience Required
4–5 Years in:
* Event Design
* Exhibition / Stall Design
* Wedding & Social Event Visualisation
* Spatial / Experiential Design
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of event aesthetics, space planning, and stage design
* Expertise in:
* 3Ds Max
* SketchUp
* AutoCAD
* V-Ray / Corona
* Photoshop
* CorelDRAW / Illustrator
* Ability to create:
* 3D event renders
* Walkthroughs
* Mood boards
* Stage concepts
* Venue layouts
* Exhibition stalls
* Knowledge of lighting, décor elements, fabrication feasibility, and material finishes
* Creative storytelling and luxury visual sense
* Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts and 3D visualisations for events
* Create realistic renders and presentation decks for clients
* Collaborate with production, décor, and execution teams
* Translate client briefs into visually impactful experiences
* Stay updated with latest event and design trends
* Ensure designs are practical and execution-friendly
Bonus If You Have
* Experience in luxury wedding/event industry
* Knowledge of walkthrough animations
* Creative thinking with modern and premium aesthetics
