Job Description:
Order Preparation & Packing: Packing finished goods correctly for safe transport, ensuring proper labelling and quality checking.
Documentation: Preparing and processing dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, E-way bills, packing lists, and gate passes.
Logistics Coordination: Scheduling vehicles with courier services or transport vendors, tracking shipment status, and following up on pending deliveries.
Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records of inward/outward materials and conducting physical stock verification, often within a warehouse environment.
Internal Coordination: Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and production teams to prioritize orders and resolve dispatch discrepancies
Inventory Accuracy: Coordinated with warehouse staff for accurate picking, packing, and staging of material, resolving discrepancies in inventory.
Shipment Coordination: Scheduled and dispatched daily shipments, optimizing routes to ensure on-time delivery while reducing transport costs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: ITI / Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Logistics or related fields.
· Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, warehousing, or dispatch roles. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative assistant roles.
· Operational Skills: Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, documentation procedures (Challans, E-way Bills)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
