Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ghee Plant Process Operator to operate and monitor the cream separator machine and support ghee production processes. The candidate must have prior hands-on experience in ghee manufacturing and dairy processing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor the *cream separator machine* for efficient cream separation from milk.
* Ensure proper temperature control and process parameters during cream separation and ghee production.
* Monitor fat percentage and maintain quality standards during processing.
* Assist in butter melting and clarification process for ghee production.
* Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
* Clean and sanitize machines and processing areas as per SOP.
* Maintain production records and log sheets.
* Identify and report machine malfunctions or deviations immediately.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance.
* Ensure minimal wastage and optimum yield during processing.
* Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Knowledge of cream separation and ghee manufacturing process.
* Understanding of fat standardization and dairy processing parameters.
* Basic knowledge of dairy machinery operations.
* Ability to handle production targets.
* Awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
* Basic troubleshooting skills.
Educational Qualification:
* ITI / Diploma in Dairy Technology / Food Technology (Preferred)
Experience:
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in ghee plant or dairy processing unit.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
