Position: Service Advisor
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Automobile Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the two-wheeler industry. The role involves handling customer service requests, coordinating with the workshop team, explaining repair and maintenance requirements, and ensuring a smooth service experience for customers.
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the two-wheeler industry
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good technical understanding of two-wheelers
Location: Sherpur Chowk
Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month (Gross) + ESI + PF + Incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ludhiana, Punjab (141003)
