Dingle Home Assistant is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, comfortable appearing in front of the camera, and capable of planning and executing engaging social media campaigns that help grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and other engaging content.
- Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar with planned activities and campaigns.
- Generate creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Confidently appear in front of the camera for promotional videos and reels.
- Coordinate video shoots and ensure timely posting of content.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor Instagram performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Dingle Home Assistant's services and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media trends.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
- Experience in content creation and basic video editing.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to plan and organize weekly social media activities.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content strategy.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
