Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing paid ad campaigns, and optimizing performance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage targeting, keywords, ad copies, and budgets
- Track and improve CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team
- Prepare basic performance reports
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation and paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience in IT services or digital marketing agencies
Salary: As per experience
Working Days: 5 Days
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
