Roles & Responsibilities (Sales Profile)
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customer segments for business expansion.
- Lead generation through networking, industry contacts, referrals, market research, and sales channels.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition and ensure successful conversion of leads into business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and business plans.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients to close profitable deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products/services.
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- Expand business presence in existing and new territories.
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of targets.
- Train and mentor Business Development Executives and sales team members.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technical teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Monitor payment follow-ups, collections, and commercial closures with clients.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, CRM updates, and management dashboards.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, industry events, and networking activities.
- Provide regular business updates, market feedback, and strategic inputs to senior management.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen brand presence in the market.
