Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks to build and scale our AgroTech SaaS platform. You’ll work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to design, development, and deployment of high-performance, data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django).
● Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data efficiency and integrity.
● Build and integrate responsive front-end interfaces (React / Vue / Angular) with backend services.
● Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to deliver robust and reliable features.
● Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews and technical discussions.
● Work closely with the Technical Lead to implement architecture and DevOps best
Required Qualifications
● Experience: 4–6 years in full-stack or backend-focused software development.
● Technical Skills:
- Strong in Python, PostgreSQL, and REST API development.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data models, system design, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
● Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS-based or data-driven products.
- Exposure to geospatial systems or AI-integrated platforms.
- Understanding of API versioning, security, and performance optimization.practices.
