About the Role
Voyra is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to drive business growth across its Luxury Travel, Destination Weddings, Events, Visa Services, and B2B Travel verticals.
The role will work directly with the Founder and will be responsible for revenue growth, brand building, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across all business verticals.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business growth strategies.
- Build and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Establish partnerships with corporates, hospitality brands, travel partners, and event stakeholders.
- Lead customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, growth metrics, and team KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to achieve long-term business objectives.
Desired Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Growth, Business Development, or Business Leadership roles.
- Strong experience in team management and revenue ownership.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion.
- Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, Events, Weddings, Luxury, or Lifestyle sectors preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
