Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, presentations, reports, and follow-ups.
- Support back-office operations, documentation, filing, and data management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, expense records, and administrative activities.
- Assist in research, project coordination, and execution of special assignments.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the CEO’s office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or Back Office Executive.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities efficiently.
