About the Role
Elcom Digital is looking for a dynamic and confident Buisness development Executive who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computers, be confident in handling customer interactions, and be capable of converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence and convincing ability.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
