Urban Grey Engineering Solutions, based in Kozhikode, Kerala, is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy providing integrated solutions in Structural Engineering, Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Water Resources Engineering, and MEP Design.
We specialize in delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions for government infrastructure projects, urban development initiatives, and large-scale building projects across Kerala and other states in India. Our expertise covers structural design, Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, infrastructure planning, water resources management, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), ensuring quality-driven and future-ready project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of project documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with site teams to monitor progress and resolve project-related issues.
- Support project planning, procurement coordination, and resource management activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA in Project Management, Operations Management, or related field (Preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sports Infrastructure Development Projects
- Experience in project coordination, client management, and multidisciplinary project execution is essential.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
