Job Summary:
An Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of an office. They handle correspondence, maintain records, assist staff, and support office management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are stocked
- Support staff with basic tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels
- Handle Communication for supports
- Maintain cleanliness,Tea,Coffee and refreshment of the office
- Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Support other departments with administrative duties as required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
