4. CX Calls- Customer Experience after delivered the car: Follow-up customer experience calls to enhance satisfaction level. If the customer had a positive experience, request then to share good rating, through the shared link. If experience was bad make every effort to resolve the issue, if cannot be resolved then escalate to higher authority.
