Job Description
- Visit Retailers & Dealers Daily as per Area wise.
- Visit Distributors & Primary Dealers every Once Week to plan the secondary Working.
- Responsible for Monthly Primary target of Distributors.
- Responsible for achieving monthly Secondary targets through Distributors in Assigned Territory.
- Responsible for Increasing Retailers Network and expansion of business in Assigned geographical area.
- Responsible for monthly Payment collections targets.
- Implementation of Various Promotional Schemes in the Market to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility in the Assigned Market.
- Implement Marketing and Sales strategies to increase Sales of Distributors.
- Manage and Drive a team of on roll Sales Executives for continuous Growth of Business in all defined sales operation parameters.
- Conduct Regular inshop Plumbers Meetings & other Marketing activities to promote Sale.
- Regular Visit to Distributors & Dealers & their Sub Dealers or Retailers.
- Responsible for Shop Branding & Present Dealers Certificate.
- Implementation of Various Promotional Schemes in the Market to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility in the Assigned Market.
- Responsible for distribution of Schemes Gifts or Occasional events or Gifts.
- Implement Marketing and Sales strategies to increase Sales of Distributors.
- Conduct weekly meetings with all the on roll Sales Executives.
- Audit Expenses of all the on roll Sales Executives.
