Plant Head – Black Masterbatch Division
We are looking for a highly experienced, technically strong, and system-driven Plant Head to lead and manage the complete operations of our Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant. The candidate should have deep expertise in black masterbatch production, formulations, process control, quality systems, maintenance, manpower management, plant organization, and operational excellence.
This is a high-ownership leadership role where the selected candidate will be fully responsible for building, organizing, systemizing, and running the entire plant professionally.

Industry Preference
- Mandatory experience in the Masterbatch Industry
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Black Masterbatch Manufacturing
- Experience in compounds, fillers, additives, or polymer processing industries is an added advantage
Experience Required
- 10–20+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior plant leadership role
- Hands-on experience managing complete plant operations independently
Key Responsibilities
Complete Plant Ownership
- Full responsibility for the overall functioning and performance of the plant

System Development & Plant Organization
SOP / QMS / ISO Implementation
The plant currently requires strong system development and operational structuring. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing professional manufacturing systems across the plant.

- Hands-on manufacturing and troubleshooting experience

Role Expectation
This is a complete plant leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership of the Black Masterbatch Division. The selected candidate will be responsible not only for running production, but also for transforming the plant into a highly organized, system-driven, process-controlled, clean, efficient, and professionally managed manufacturing facility.
