Indus Motors is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our Suzuki Two-Wheeler team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling customer interactions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle service to gather feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely customer updates.
- Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support service campaigns, reminders, and customer engagement activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or the automobile industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
