- Prepare 2D shop drawings, elevations, sections, and installation details for windows, doors, and facade/curtain wall systems using AutoCAD.
- Convert architects' tender / Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings into system-specific fabrication drawings.
- Create door and window schedules with sizes, quantities, glass specifications, and hardware details.
- Detail profile sections, glazing details, weatherproofing, and structural connections.
- Prepare site installation drawings and templates for the execution team.
Liaise with architects and consultants to confirm openings, dimensions, and design intent.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes at facade interfaces.
- Work with the BOQ/estimation team to ensure drawings align with quoted specifications.
- Interface with production/factory teams to ensure drawings are fabrication-friendly.
- Ensure drawings comply with system supplier standards and local building codes.
- Check wind load, thermal performance, and structural glazing requirements are reflected in details.
- Maintain revision control and drawing issue logs against client/architect approvals.
- Generate material take-offs and cutting lists from drawings.
- Support BOQ preparation with accurate dimensional data.
- Maintain a library of standard details, profiles, and typical connections for reuse.
Pay: ₹15,173.26 - ₹20,260.61 per month
