Digitech India is hiring an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage SEO strategies across multiple projects, lead the SEO team, and drive organic traffic, qualified leads, rankings, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Manage On-Page, Technical, Local SEO, AEO & GEO strategies.
- Conduct technical audits covering crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure, schema, redirects, and internal linking.
- Develop content strategies, briefs, content audits, and ensure E-E-A-T best practices.
- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, link outreach, Digital PR, HARO, UGC, and niche-relevant partnerships.
- Manage Google Business Profile and Local SEO activities.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients, identify challenges, and take complete ownership of project performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant SEO experience, preferably in a Team Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools including GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of website structure and web technologies.
