Job Purpose
The Asst. Manager – EU/Americas/CIS Region is responsible for managing and expanding the company's export business across the Asia-Pacific region by ensuring effective customer support, distributor management, export operations, and regulatory compliance. The role involves driving business growth, strengthening distributor relationships and leading cross-functional coordination to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Need a successful history of managing teams and international client relationships. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to grow export volumes, manage compliance and build strong distribution in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
Develop and implement export strategies for EU/Americas/CIS Region markets.
Identify new business opportunities within the EU/Americas/CIS Region.
Manage compliance with International trade regulations in the EU/Americas/CIS Region.
Team Management
Lead, monitor and manage the International Customer Support team
Allocate responsibilities, set targets and review performance to ensure effective team output
Customer & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with the International clients, distributors
Resolve queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with QA & QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Supply chain, etc.
Key Requirement
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Science either in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related discipline.
Master's Degree in International Business, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
10 to 15 years’ experience in International sales with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership / team handling role.
In-depth knowledge of EU/Americas/CIS Region markets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Support forecasting activities for the EU/Americas/CIS Region.
Oversee compliance activities relating to Hazardous chemical exports, Restricted and controlled chemicals, Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA/IMDG).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
