We are expanding rapidly across international markets and are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and accelerate business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands performance marketing, SEO, analytics, CRO, AI, and growth experimentation—not just paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Improve website traffic, user acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Lead SEO growth initiatives in collaboration with the content and development teams.
- Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and user journeys using Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to improve user experience and marketing performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities using AI tools, automation, and emerging digital marketing channels.
- Stay updated with global e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Performance Marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- SEO fundamentals and keyword research
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Marketing data analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred Experience
- International digital marketing campaigns
- Affiliate marketing or coupon/deals websites
- E-commerce or SaaS industry
- SQL or basic data analysis skills
- Marketing automation platforms
