Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our Titan World and Helios stores at Yusuf Sarai, Delhi- 110016.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and store documentation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in watches, eyewear, jewelry, or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
