Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations of the school, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management support, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen applications and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads and school leadership for candidate selection.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor biometric attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Track employee leave balances and process leave applications.
- Follow up on attendance discrepancies and regularization requests.
- Generate attendance reports for management and payroll processing.
4. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain employee salary records and compensation data.
- Assist in payroll reconciliation and statutory deductions.
- Address employee queries related to salary and benefits.
5. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee personnel files.
- Ensure accurate HRMS data management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee databases.
- Issue employment-related letters such as confirmation, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
6. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain appraisal records and performance documentation.
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize staff engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee counseling coordination.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support implementation of school HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist during audits and inspections.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector or CBSE schools.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
