Position: Telecalling Executive
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services/products to customers.
- Generate leads and maintain customer database.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings if required.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Ability to work in a team.
Qualification:
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
