- Product Demonstration: Showcase car features, explain technical specifications, and conduct dynamic test drives.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, overcome customer objections, and pitch add-ons like extended warranties and service plans.
- Documentation: Process purchase agreements, handle financing paperwork, and maintain accurate records in the dealership's CRM.
- Follow-up: Build long-term client relationships by following up post-sale and encouraging trade-ins or referrals.
