About the Role
Dr. Aravind's IVF is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute SEO initiatives to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and drive audience engagement.
- Track website performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support lead generation and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
