Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Steward to oversee restaurant service operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the smooth functioning of the food and beverage department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations.
- Ensure prompt and professional service to guests.
- Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in dining areas.
- Train new team members on service standards and procedures.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or hospitality qualification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
