Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:.
- Only candidates with a real estate sales background will be considered.
- Candidates from the Tricity area preferred: Mohali, Panchkula, and Chandigarh.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in property sales and client handling.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
