Job Overview
To lead finance and accounting operations in a global environment. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting standards, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have experience leading remote teams and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance and accounting operations, including R2R processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal financial controls.
- Monitor financial performance and key business KPIs.
- Partner with global stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Lead and mentor remote finance teams.
- Present financial insights to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and manage multiple finance projects.
Required Skills
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 10–15 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, R2R, US GAAP, and IFRS.
- Experience leading remote teams and working with global stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
