Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Supervisor to manage VRV/VRF project execution, site supervision, installation, maintenance, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing & commissioning
- Execute VRV/VRF, Ducting projects and monitor site progress
- Read HVAC drawings using AutoCAD
- Site measurement, BOQ verification & billing support
- Coordinate with clients, vendors & technicians
- Material planning and inventory coordination
- Prepare daily MIS reports in Excel
- Ensure quality, safety & timely project completion
Required Skills
- Strong VRV/VRF & HVAC project knowledge
- AutoCAD & MS Excel proficiency
- BOQ, site measurement & billing knowledge
- Team handling & client coordination
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Science background & English-medium schooling preferred
- Valid bike license preferred
- Willing to travel to project sites
