Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and manufacturing finance while ensuring the organization's financial health and regulatory compliance.
Mandatory Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA)
3–8 years of post-qualification experience
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and advanced Excel ,Tally
Key Responsibilities
Lead all finance and accounting operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Monitor cash flow and working capital
Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance
Develop internal financial controls and processes
Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Present financial reports and business insights to management
