he Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations involving lead-based products (such as batteries, alloys, or metal components). This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining strict safety, quality, and environmental standards due to the hazardous nature of lead.
- upervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved
- Enforce strict safety procedures, especially for handling lead and hazardous materials
- Monitor workers’ use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain compliance with environmental and health regulations
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks
- Maintain production reports and records
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
- Train and guide operators and technicians
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, waste reduction)
