The Senior Executive Technical is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing shift operations for Soy Beverages, Milkshakes, Syrups, and Fruit Purees. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operations across processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, palletization, and warehouse handover activities while delivering production, quality, service, and productivity targets.
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity targets.
- Ensure process excellence across batching, processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, and palletization.
- Drive food safety, quality compliance, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Maximize equipment reliability, OEE, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop shop-floor teams through manpower deployment and capability building.
- Manage production prioritization, quality containment, and escalation of operational issues.
- Drive TPM, Lean, productivity improvement, automation, and loss-reduction initiatives.
3-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing with expertise in end-to-end processing, packaging, production management, quality systems, continuous improvement, and SAP/Power BI-driven performance monitoring. Knowledge of beverage manufacturing operations, food safety systems, TPM/Lean methodologies, equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, and team leadership is required.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
