We are a rapidly scaling content & digital marketing agency currently generating ₹15L+ monthly revenue, with a vision to scale to ₹40–50L/month within the next 12 months. We work with founders, personal brands, funded startups, Corporate and high-growth companies.
We are hiring a Revenue Head who can build, lead, and scale the complete sales engine.
Role Objective:
Build a predictable sales system that can 3X agency revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
– Take full ownership of monthly revenue targets
– Build roadmap to scale from ₹15L to ₹50L
– Create monthly forecasting and pipeline visibility
– Close high-ticket retainers (₹1L – ₹5L/month deals)
– Handle inbound leads from social media & referrals
– Build structured outbound strategy (LinkedIn + Email + Founder outreach)
- Lead Generation Team Management
– Manage existing Lead Gen team
– Set KPIs for SDRs
– Improve outreach scripts and conversion rates
– Monitor daily lead pipeline & meeting-to-close ratio
– Build strong CRM system
– Create SOPs for qualification, pitching & closing
– Design follow-up frameworks
– Maintain clear sales dashboards
– Target funded startups, D2C brands, personal brands & founders
– Close long-term retainers (6–12 months)
– Build enterprise-level pitch capability
Requirements:
–3 to 5+ years agency sales experience
– Proven record of closing 1L+ monthly retainers
– Experience managing a sales team
– Strong negotiation & objection handling skills
– Revenue-focused & target-driven mindset
– Comfortable handling founders & CXOs
