About the Role
AdsDial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Advertisement Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, along with prior experience in sales management.
Experience in an advertising agency, media company, or related industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of Sales Executives.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly sales goals.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard Sales Executives as required.
- Coordinate with clients and assist in resolving client queries when needed.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, invoices, and billing processes.
- Generate performance reports and share updates with management.
- Help improve sales processes and team productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in basic business tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
