KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for gifting, employee rewards, festive campaigns, onboarding kits, and bulk procurement requirements.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin Teams, Procurement Managers, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
— Present KSKT and Kaze Living's product portfolio and develop customized gifting solutions based on client requirements.
— Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships.
— Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations to successfully close deals.
— Manage key corporate accounts and drive repeat business through proactive relationship management.
— Coordinate with operations, procurement, and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders.
— Track sales performance, client engagement, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts through CRM and reporting tools.
— Identify market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the corporate gifting ecosystem.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Gifting.
— Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
— Strong network and experience working with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Corporate Leadership teams.
— Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
— Confident in conducting client meetings, presentations, and relationship-building conversations.
— Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and client retention.
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
— Based in Gurgaon or NCR for regular client meetings and business development activities.
NICE TO HAVES
— Experience in corporate gifting, premium retail, gourmet food, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or employee engagement solutions.
— Existing relationships with HR and procurement communities across Delhi NCR.
— Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
— Passion for premium products, wellness, sustainability, and customer experience.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
