About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
- Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports.
- Support the implementation of training programs and track employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as policy development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR practices are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
