Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on qualifications, experience, and performance)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, organised, and proactive Admin & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functioning of our office and business operations.
The selected candidate will play a role in supporting daily business operations, administrative functions, vendor coordination, documentation, and field assignments as required by the organization. The role requires a proactive and responsible individual who can contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and support business activities both within and outside the office whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and other operational requirements.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and official correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating business activities.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Handle banking, courier, government, and other official work as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of office records and assets.
- Support management in operational planning and execution.
- Perform field assignments and local travel for official work whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Office Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling both office-based responsibilities and occasional field assignments.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR for official work whenever required.
