Job Description –Guest Relation Executive (Health Care )
Job Summary:
The PRO is responsible for managing patient relations, coordinating with referring doctors, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while supporting the centre's business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and corporate clients.
- Assist patients with appointments, registrations, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase referrals.
- Maintain records of referrals, patient feedback, and daily activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a PRO, Patient Relations Executive, or similar role in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic centre.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
