Front Office Executive Duties:
- Reception & Patient Greeting:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing relevant information and taking messages.
- Manage appointment scheduling for doctors and specialists, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Ensure patients' comfort and confidentiality at all times during their visit to the hospital.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in the management of patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient transitions and follow-up.
- Provide clerical support to doctors and hospital management when needed.
