Are you a creative thinker with a passion for designing impactful visuals? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring our brand to life through compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create engaging marketing materials, banners, product creatives, brochures, packaging, and branding assets.
- Develop platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and performance teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (Adobe XD/Figma is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience designing social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with D2C or skincare/beauty brands.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.
