We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer handling skills and be fluent in Hindi, English, and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain customer records and follow up on concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of customer support/customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hindi, English & Malayalam (mandatory)
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferredStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
