The Role
We are looking for a passionate Interior Design Faculty to join our team. You will be responsible for mentoring aspiring designers, blending technical expertise with creative vision. If you have a deep understanding of space planning, a mastery of design software, and a desire to shape young careers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Deliver engaging theory and practical lessons covering Space Planning, Design Concepts, and Materials & Construction.
- Software Training: Provide expert-level training in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max.
- Mentorship: Guide students through the end-to-end process of portfolio development and live project execution.
- Experiential Learning: Coordinate and lead site visits, technical workshops, and student exhibitions.
- Academic Excellence: Evaluate student assignments, track progress, and maintain the high academic standards of the institute.
- Center Support: Assist with admissions counseling and participate in promotional design events when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in either teaching or professional industry practice.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
