Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives who can convert leads into successful transactions. The role involves building client relationships, understanding property requirements, and guiding buyers through the end-to-end purchase process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into property site visits and sales.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable projects from our exclusive inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers and property owners.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally at site visits, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of local property markets and digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) is a plus.
- For Dubai roles: Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka
